Bomb Jammer «PERSEY-13M»
The device is intended to block (jam) operation of radio controlled fuses based upon cellular phones operating in UMTS (3G) standards. The device is developed for VIPs protection against threats of possible terroristic acts and for EOD squads executing search and discharge of radio controlled explosive devices.
The device is delivered in a standard attaché-case and has no external aerials and other decamouflaging signs. Two built-in batteries ensure its autonomous operation and it has built-in automatic charger.
This device differs from its forerunner device “PERSEY-13M” by increased integral output power (due to application of new UHF modules) and thus its emitting signal has higher spectral density that allows to increase significantly radius of jamming and at the same time the level of radio emission remains harmless for personnel.
The device has electronic control (without mechanical relay), which allows reliable commutation of nodes and units and protects batteries unit against deep discharge.
The device does not require any tuning and adjustment and is ready for operation after power is switched on.
