This device is intended to block (jam) operation of radio controlled fuses based upon cellular phones of UMTS, 2100, G3 and G4 standards, explosive devices using Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technologies, cordless phones and video systems operating in 2,4 GHz frequency range. The bomb jammer ensures reliable jamming (prevention of activation) receivers of RCIEDs operating in 2000…2700 MHz frequency range. The device is developed for EOD squads executing search and discharge of radio controlled explosive devices. The device is delivered in a standard attache-case and has no external aerials and other decamouflaging signs. The built-in battery ensures autonomous operation. The set of accessories includes an external charger for charging from mains 220V 50 Hz. This device differs from its forerunner device "PERSEY-29P" by increased integral power (due to new UHF modules) and application of new batteries that allows higher spectral density of the signal thus significantly increasing radius of jamming and continuous operational time without charge and, at the same time, the level of radio emission remains safe for personnel. The device has electronic control (without mechanical relay), which allows reliable commutation of nodes and units and protects batteries unit against deep discharge.
